If potential buyers have come on a tour of your home, but then decided to not buy it, try to get feedback from them as to why they decided to go in a different direction. While it’s common for many people to pass on a home after a tour, you might find some consistent answers. For example, if you’ve moved all your furniture into your new home already, and you keep receiving feedback that your house seems “too small” you may want to consider renting furniture so it’s easier for buyers to see themselves living there.
